By CHALI MULENGA in Livingstone A 19 YEAR BOY has been sent to jail for nine months by the Livingstone magistrate court for being found in possession of property believed to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained. Appearing on Friday before Livingstone Resident magistrate Chinkashi Chilingala was Justine Kabali, unemployed of house number 792 of DSV extension Dambwa site and service in Livingstone. He was facing one count of being found in possession of property believed to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained contrary to section 319 of chapter 87 of the penal code of the laws of Zambia. In mitigation, Kabaili said he was a school going pupil at hillcrest secondary school and that he had abdominal pains. “I am a pupil at Hillcrest secondary school and if am sent to prison my future will be affected, I also have abdominal pains.
