This is in a case in which Shammy Mudenda, of house number G 192 Maramba Township is charged with robbery. It is alleged that on July 22, this year, Mudenda robbed Veronica Burditt Chisi off two cell phone, purse, national registration card, four ATM cards and cash money K800 altogether valued at K2, 400. At or immediately before or immediately after such robbery did or threatened to use actual violence to the said Chisi in order to overcome resistance to the property being stolen. In his judgment, Livingstone Chief Resident magistrate Willie Sinyangwe said he had carefully considered the evidence that the prosecution had brought before his court.
